Purpose

To approve the award of contract to the
recommended supplier for the Microsoft Licence Solution Partner
(LSP) contract. This contract will provide the overarching
agreement under which the Council’s various Microsoft Licence
Agreements are purchased to serve the Council’s Microsoft
licence needs.

Decision

Contract awarded to the highest scoring bidder
following a compliant competitive procurement procedure as required
by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Council’s
Procurement and Contract Standing Orders (PCSOs).
