Purpose

Whilst the resource levels have already been
approved, a change to the neutral vendor enables obtaining a more
cost effective procurement route. The resources contracts finish at
the end of April and the new contracts need to be in place for the
Oracle Implementation Programme to continue seamlessly.

Award of contract for the 2025/26 resource
envelope, required to deliver the Oracle Programme.
