Purpose

This decision is being taken as the current
contract for the provision of the adult drug and alcohol treatment
service ends on 31st March 2025.
This decision is being taken so a new service can be delivered from
1st April 2025.

Decision

The decision was made to award the contract
following a competitive Provider Selection Regime
process.

Alternative options considered

A direct award to the incumbent provider under
the Provider Selection Regime was considered but was rejected due
to the profile and financial value of the contract.
