Purpose

Whilst the resource levels have already been
approved, a change to the neutral vendor enables obtaining a more
cost effective procurement route. The resources contracts finish at
the end of April and the new contracts need to be in place for the
Oracle Implementation Programme to continue seamlessly.

Decision

Modification of existing contract to
incorporate the 2026/27 resource envelope, required to deliver the
Oracle Programme.

Alternative options considered

The successful supplier for the provision of
Oracle Additional Resources has been selected on the basis of a
compliant procurement procedure following a Procurement team review
of available routes to market.
