Purpose

Further to the Lead Member approval for Eastbourne Town Centre
Movement and Access Package Phase 2a to progress to detailed design
and construction, a further decision is required on the proposal to
implement an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO) on Phase
2a. This would facilitate a trial of the operating hours for the
local traders and/or residents and pedestrians to identify the most
suitable hours.
