Purpose

To
seek Lead Member agreement for the extension of the existing
contract with the current provider, for six months, under the same
terms and conditions until 30 September 2024; and
Agree
the proposed negotiated approach with a new service provider to
take over the service management, from 1 October 2024, via the
Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication (Regulation 32 of
the Public Contract Regulations 2015).
