Purpose

To allow Breheny Civil Engineering Ltd to
carry out works, East Sussex County Council have made an Order
under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily restrict all traffic
using the following lengths of road to a speed not exceeding 30
mph:-

Decision

Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit
Sedlescombe Road North - from the junction with A2100 Junction Road
to no. 575.

The Order commences 29 January 2024 and lasts for a period of 18
months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
However, it is anticipated the speed restriction will be in place
between 29 January & 14 June 2024.
