Purpose

It was agreed by the Lead Member for Adult
Social Care and Health on 31 August 2023 that the Director of Adult
Social Care & Health would be delegated to make the contract
award decision.

Decision

To agree the selection of Lead Provider East
Sussex Mental Health Support Services including the award of the
contract to the successful bidder, following Lead Member approval
on 31 August 2023.
