Purpose

This decision was delegated to the Chief
Operating Officer by the Lead Member for Resources and Climate
Change on 31 March 2023.

Following a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services
(CCS) Network Services 3 framework, 4Net Technologies Limited were
identified as the successful bidder based on submitting the Most
Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), in terms of technical,
commercial and legal criteria.

Decision

Decision to Award the Telephony and Contact
Centre contract to 4Net Technologies Limited.

Alternative options considered

Nine (9) responses to the framework further
competition were received and evaluated.
