Purpose

This decision was delegated to the Chief
Operating Officer by the Lead Member for Resources and Climate
Change on 31 March 2023.

Following a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services
(CCS) Network Services 3 framework, 4Net Technologies Limited were
identified as the successful bidder based on submitting the Most
Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT), in terms of technical,
commercial and legal criteria.
