Arboriculture Services contract due to expire on 31 March
2024.

Decision

To enter into a contract with a supplier
starting 1 April 2024 to deliver the following service:

Grounds Maintenance & Arboriculture Services

This service is delivered to schools, academies and corporate sites
across East Sussex.

Alternative options considered

A thorough procurement process was carried out
and the selected supplier was chosen based on the Most Economically
Advantageous Tender (MEAT) approach. This combines qualitative and
cost elements to identify the best offer and service
provider.
