Purpose

The site is currently vacant and surplus to
operational requirements. We are seeking Lead Member approval to
formally declare the site to be surplus, and to approve the
disposal of the site. We then ask that the Chief Operating Officer
be delegated authority to agree detailed terms with the preferred
purchaser.
