Purpose

To recommend to Full
Council that; the modifications proposed to the Submission version
of the Waste and Minerals Plan Review are published for statutory
public consultation.  These
modifications are deemed necessary in order for the Plan to be
found ‘sound’ and are in response to feedback received
from the Planning Inspectorate following the Public Examination
into the Plan in November 2022.
