Purpose

It was agreed at Lead Member for Adult Social
Care and Health on 31 October 2022 that the Director of Adult
Social Care and Health would be delegated to make the contract
award decision under the scheme of delegation.

Decision

For the Director of Adult Social Care and
Health to action the implementation of the re-commission of the
Direct Payments Support Service (DPSS) including the award of the
contract to the successful bidder, following Lead Member approval -
Lead Member for Adult Social Care and Health decision 15 May 2023
