Purpose

The Procurement processes, through competitive
selection have demonstrated that Westridge Construction provide
value, experience, and resources to deliver this project. The
tendered value is in line with the pre-tender estimate and within
the approved budget. The decision allows the Contract to be awarded
for the works to proceed to delivery.

Decision

East Sussex County Council aim to increase the
range of settled accommodation available for adults with a learning
disability in East Sussex. Appropriate funding has been approved
allowing remodelling of the Beckley Close and Cregg Na Ba
bungalows. Each will provide Supported Living for 6 adults with
learning disabilities. The tender process is concluded and with the
award of contract to Westridge Construction, works are anticipated
to complete in December 2023.
