Purpose

Planned public infrastructure street works to Eastbourne centre
require storage facilities for materials prior to their
installation. It is proposed to rent an area of secure open storage
space at Brampton Road Eastbourne for an initial one year period at
a rental of £65,000.  The decision
to take a one year lease on the storage space at this rental is
requested.
