Purpose

Notification of Contract signing for
Decarbonisation of Heat Works at Rotherfield Primary School,
Rotherfield TN6 3NA to enable delivery of a project to move from
fossil fuel to low carbon heat pumps within the timescales required
by the PSDS 3b grant as contract is over £500k delivered over
2 financial years.

Decision

Contract award to BSW Heating Ltd, based on
consultant Tender report findings, will enable the delivery of the
project within the timescale dictated by the PSDS Phase 3 grant.
The project will facilitate carbon reduction from the move from
fossil fuel to low carbon heating and avoid replacement with a like
for like fossil fuel system.
