Purpose

The Lead Member agreed on 22 March 2022 an extension
of the current contract of the Specialist Sexual Health Service to
March 2024 with the current provider East Sussex NHS
Trust.

This extension was required due to receiving no
provider bids in the last tender process in 2021. This paper
requests approval to now re-commence the procurement of Specialist
Sexual Health Services for award April 1st
2024.
