Purpose

This
is a residential dwelling that is surplus to operational
requirements. Lead Member approval is being sought to formally
declare the property to be surplus, and to approve the disposal of
the asset. The Lead Member report will seek for the Chief Operating
Officer to be granted authority to agree detailed terms with the
preferred purchaser at a later date.
