Purpose
The Council
commissioned an LGA Peer Challenge Review of Adult Social Care in
February 2024 as part of its preparation for assessment by the Care
Quality Commission (CQC). The report to
Cabinet summarises the findings from the LGA review and asks
Cabinet to agree the action plan that ASCH have drawn up to address
areas for development or strengthening performance.
