Purpose

As
part of the Council’s Asset Management Plan 2020-2025, the
Council has been undertaking a review of its office
accommodation.  It’s Hastings and
Eastbourne offices review and implementation are now
complete.  An independent review of the
County’s largest asset at County Hall, including Westfield
House is completed and the findings of this will be set out for the
Lead Member to decide on the way forward.
