Purpose

Cabinet is asked to
note the findings of HM Inspectorate of
Probation (HMIP) inspection of Youth Justice Service delivered in
East Sussex 10
– 14 June 2024, which was published week commencing 16
September and the action plan which has been developed to address
the areas for improvement.
