East Area Planning Sub-Committee

The East Area Planning Sub-Committee considers Planning Applications in the following areas:Claygate, Esher, Hinchley Wood & Weston Green, Long Ditton and Thames Ditton.  Any Planning Application that remains undecided after consideration at a Sub-Committee, may be deferred to the Planning Committee.   ·           You will need to register your interest to speak on a planning application by phone, no later than midday on the previous Thursday before the meeting for the Area Planning Sub-Committees or Friday for the Planning Committee.  Please call 01372 474474 to register, lines open midday on Monday one week before the meeting for the Area Planning Sub-Committees and midday on Tuesday one week before the Planning Committee. ·           Details of the public speaking procedure can be found on the Speaking at committee webpage.
