Epping Forest Local Highways Panel

Local Highway Panels (LHPs) have been set up in each of the Borough, City and District areas across Essex. The Panels are managed by Essex County Council and are responsible for making recommendations and setting priorities for highway schemes in local areas. Epping Forest District Council is not responsible for the operation of the Epping Forest Local Highways Panel   The LHPs meet on a quarterly basis to discuss and mutually consider highways expenditure within district boundaries. LHP meetings are not open to attendance by the public or the press, other than by specific invitation of the Chairman.  Meetings are not webcast.   Further information about the Epping Forest Local Highways Panel is available from the Essex County Council website at:
