1. Approve the
upgrade of pay & display machines across EFDC operated
off-street car parks. At least one machine in each car park will
accept cash, card and contactless payments. Remaining machines will
accept card and contactless payment methods only.
 
2. Remove pay &
display machines from Burton Road South and Oakwood Hill East car
parks, transitioning them to a fully cashless, virtual MiPermit
parking system (payment via phone, SMS, app or website).
