That the Cabinet agreed to the acquisition of Cottis Lane Car Park
from Qualis at the cost to construct; and
 

(2)       
That the Cabinet included this within its budget proposals and
spending plans for 2025/26 ensuring revenue budgetary provision to
enable this.
