(1)       
That the Cabinet approved and agreed discontinuing the use of
single use clear plastic recycling sacks and blue boxes for glass
and issue a 240-litre blue lidded standard wheeled bin for
recycling.
 

(2)       
That the Cabinet approved the inclusion of the capital budget for
the purchase and delivery of sufficient blue lidded wheeled bins
and blue hessian bags for the district in the Capital
Programme, which was
part of the Budget proposals report going to Council on 20 February
2025.

(3)       
That the Cabinet approved the timetabled start of the wheeled bin
rollout for June 2025.
