Decision:
 
A.   
That the Water Lane Stakeholder Engagement Proposal
as set out in Appendix A of the report, be endorsed.
 
B.   
That any proposed consultation with the HGGT Quality
of Life Indicators is to be linked, be agreed.

 
C.   
That delegated authority to the Acting HGGT
Director to finalise the consultation arrangements and programme as
may be required, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair of
the Joint Committee, be agreed.
