That, due to the improvement of air quality, Air
Quality Management Area (Epping Forest District Council) (No.2) is
revoked.
 
(2)  
This revocation is in respect of the exceedance of the
1-hourly mean objective for nitrogen dioxide only. 
 
(3)  
The declaration in respect of the exceedance of the
annual mean objective for nitrogen dioxide is to remain in
place.
