To withdraw the following forms of discretionary
repayable financial assistance (Part 2 of the Private Sector Grants
Service Housing Assistance Policy: Small Works Repayable
Assistance, Decent Homes Repayable Assistance, Empty Homes
Repayable Assistance, Landlords Energy Efficiency Repayable
Assistance.
 
(2)  
To withdraw the above forms of assistance from
1st April 2025.
 
(3)  
To agree the DRAFT Housing Assistance Policy at
Appendix 1 of this report which withdraws these forms assistance
leaving just mandatory and discretionary Disabled Facilities Grants
available.
