(1)        That the
Cabinet and Overview and Scrutiny Committee supported the
Leader’s endorsement of the Draft Essex Interim Submission
(see agenda report).

(2)        That the
Chairman of Council waived the call-in for this decision on the
grounds of urgency in that the Submission must be made to
Government on the 21 March 2025.
