Purpose

Cabinet approved the proposed
approach to the programme for improving the energy efficiency of
EFDC’s housing properties in July 2024. Following the
completion of a procurement exercise, this report seeks Cabinet
approval for the appointment of the contractor to deliver the grant
funded works to bring all our homes up to EPC band C.

subject to confirmation of grant funding allocation.
