Purpose

1. That the Council’s Scheme of
Preferred Registered Provider Partnering be amended to expand the
Partnership to allow more partners to join to a maximum of 12 (the
number of partners will be eight including NewArch)

2. That NewArch Homes Limited becomes a Preferred Registered
Provider Partner of the Council
