Purpose

That, in accordance with the Council’s
Financial Regulation E (Paragraph 2.6), the attached Irrecoverable
Debts (17 Council Tax cases, 18 Business Rates cases, 9 Commercial
Rent cases, 11 Housing Benefit Overpayment cases - each with an
individual value over £2,500) totalling £830,380 be
written off as irrecoverable.
