Purpose

The Council has the option to
acquire a series of long leasehold interests of commercial
properties, thereby reuniting them with the Council owned freehold.
These acquisitions provide regeneration and employment
opportunities.  Also, to reconsider the
disposal price of Cartersfield Road in
the current market.
