Purpose

This report seeks agreement to
the designation of the conservation area; the adoption of its
character appraisal and management plan; and the creation of the
associated Article 4 (2) Direction

Content

(1)          
That the Cabinet agreed to the designation of the area around St
John’s Church, Buckhurst Hill as the “St John’s
Conservation Area”; and
 

(2)          
That the Cabinet agreed the “St John’s Character
Appraisal and Management Plan” be adopted.
