That the Cabinet approved the publication of the draft Community
Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule presented in Appendix 1 (of
the agenda report), and associated consultation materials and
evidence base documents presented in Appendix 2 (of the agenda
report) and 3 (of the agenda report), for public consultation
pursuant to Regulation 16 of the Community Infrastructure Levy
Regulations 2010 (as amended).
