(1)        That the
Cabinet noted the financial forecast (as at 30th September 2025)
for 2025/26 for:
 

·               
The General Fund Revenue (Section 2-3 and Appendix
A) and the General Fund Capital Accounts (Section 5 and Appendix
B).

 

·               
The Housing Revenue Account: Revenue (Section 4 and
Appendix C) and HRA Capital Account (Section 6 and Appendix
D).
 
(2)        That the
Cabinet noted the position on Reserves presented in Section
3.
