Purpose

The
policy will formalise the Council's approach to recovering costs
from residents for rechargeable work such as end of tenancy
clearances and rechargeable repairs

Content

(1)       
That the Cabinet agreed the draft Housing Revenue Account Recharge
Policy at Appendix 1 to this report.
 

(2)       
That the Housing Revenue Account Recharge Policy shall be reviewed
every 5 years by the relevant Portfolio Holder and referred to
Cabinet for decision if substantial changes are needed.
 

(3)       
That the Cabinet agreed to delegate authority to the Director for
Housing and Property to agree minor changes to the Housing Revenue
Account Recharge Policy in consultation with the Portfolio Holder
with responsibility for Housing.
