Purpose

Decision:

1. To enact the Policy agreed at Cabinet in 2021

2. To agree that any procedural amendments required during the life
of the Policy be referred to the relevant Service Director for
approval.

The principles of this policy were agreed by Cabinet on 21st June
2021 (Cabinet 21/06/2021) and will be formally reviewed again in
2029/30. Any procedural changes to this policy between now and
formal review will be referred to the Housing Portfolio Holder who
will advise if any changes must be referred to Cabinet.

This policy is viewed as good practice and will fit with our
Housing Asset Management Strategy 2024-2029.

This Policy will be fully review in 2029/30 and referred to the
relevant Portfolio Holder for approval of any amendments. If any
procedural amendments are required during the life of the Policy
these will also be referred to the relevant Service Director for
approval.
