Purpose

This rent setting policy
outlines how we calculate and charge rent for council-owned homes.
This policy is intended for all Housing Revenue Account properties
owned by Epping Forest District Council (EFDC) which EFDC has
responsibility to maintain and manage and that are let on
introductory, fixed term, non-secure or secure
tenancies.
