Purpose

The
Essex Nominating Body ('ENB') is an unincorporated association,
established to provide a constituted forum whereby the Leaders of
Councils in Essex meet to undertake the role of the Nomination Body
to the Greater Essex Combined Authority ('Combined Authority'), or
any other committee, sub-working group or scrutiny committee
established by the Combined Authority. This report asks for
confirmation of the proposed terms of reference of the
