The estates’ cleaning contract covering the Civic Building, Oakwood Hill, Town Mead Depot and Ongar Toilets is due for renewal on 1st February 2027.

Ideal Cleaning Services Ltd is awarded with a 2 year, plus one year, plus one   year contact for office and site cleaning.
