Purpose

To consider the Examination Inspector's Schedule of Proposed Modifications to the neighbourhood plan and move to approve to progress to a referendum

Decision

(1)        That the Cabinet considered the recommendations included in the Examination Inspector’s Report (see Appendix 2 of the agenda report).

(2)        That the Cabinet agreed that the Epping Town Neighbourhood Plan, with proposed modifications, met the basic conditions and was compatible with retained European Union (EU) obligations; and

(3)        That the Cabinet approved the Decision Statement (see Appendix 1 of the agenda report) to progress to referendum.
