Decision

(1)        That the Cabinet approved the Garage Policy at Appendix 1 to this report.

(2)        That the Cabinet agreed delegated authority was given to the Service Director for Housing to amend the Garage Policy in consultation with the Portfolio Holder responsible for Housing.
