Decision

Immediate suspension of Mr T Hackney ref xxx Carriage Drivers Licence,

Under S61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 as amended, the Council may suspend or revoke a licence on the grounds of reasonable cause. If the Council makes a decision to suspend or revoke a licence, it will consider whether that suspension or revocation should take immediate effect under Section 61 (2B) of the Act.
