Decision

To directly award the contract for the provision of Epping Forest District Council’s financial system to advt-group.com (Integra) via the third-party reseller Softcat, via GCA (formerly CCS) framework RM6285 Back Office Software 2, for a timescale of 3 years plus one year, plus one year.  To serve notice to One Advanced to permanently stop the implementation of the Advanced Financials system and end the use of eFinancials from mid-2027.
