Purpose

Consultation on the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule took place following Cabinet approval in September 2024 to explore the potential for bringing forward a CIL in the district.

Representations to the consultation have been received and following that consultation changes to the Draft Charging Schedule are proposed alongside a second round of consultation prior to submitting for independent examination.

Decision

That the Cabinet considered and agreed to proposed updates to the Draft Charging Schedule and that these changes would be subject to a further round of consultation in Autumn 2026.
