Decision

(1)            That the Cabinet approved the company restructure as set out in Appendices 3 and 4.

(2)            That the Cabinet approved the proposals to re-establish the board representatives and the process to appoint appropriate candidates.

(3)            That the Cabinet noted the operational and governance improvements as set out in the report.
