Decision

The Committee agreed that

·       The review of the Local Cycling and Walking Improvement Plan (LCWIP) had been noted and the publication on the HGGT website when work has been completed by ECC was approved.

·       The findings of the Harlow Cycle Network Audit and the implications associated with its future implementation were endorsed by the Committee.
