That the
Portfolio Holder approves that the match funding of 60% against
main element units and 50% against the bridging element unit(s)
funds will be funded in line with the MOU with LAHF to carry out
the works necessary and provide the bridging element unit(s)
through acquisition or existing stock if available.

 

That the
Portfolio Holder approves that the Head of Development will be able
to direct appointment contractors and consultants in line with any
necessary procurement procedures to meet the deadlines of the
project.

 

That the
Portfolio Holder approves delegated authority to Surjit Balu,
Interim Director Housing and Property to be granted permission to
approve the purchase of street/market properties relating to this
project.
